Did you know it helps the NGA faculty and staff plan for the semester when you register for classes BEFORE the deadline? That's right ... when you plan ahead, we can plan ahead! To help incentivize your early registration, we will do a drawing on MONDAY, January 11 at 5 p.m. with the names of all students who are registered for classes at NGA. Winner receives a $20 Chick-Fil-A Gift Card! Register NOW to get your name in the hat! Keep in mind that the deadline for Spring Registration is Friday, January 15 at 4 p.m.

*North GA 80Live Courses are available at the NGA Center this Semester!
Due to the severe COVID pandemic, we are allowed to offer NGA Live courses for NGA students. To register for the NGA Live courses, you may look for the section code "80LIVE" from an online option in the system. As you register for the NGA "80LIVE" courses, you could join the courses via Bluejeans with your own laptop from your home.  If you register for In-person classes (-80), you should attend the courses on the time and date the classes are scheduled in a classroom at the NGA center. For the "80LIVE" courses, you will be additionally charged a program fee $80 per credit hr.
 
*Here is the class guideline! 
  • Students who select and  pay for "In-person" cannot ask to be allowed to go to NOLA2U (80LIVE)
  • Students who select NOLA2U (80LIVE) and pay can attend NOLA2U exclusively or come to class as well if they want

**Tuition Payment Options:

Pay in Full

If you choose to pay in full, you may pay your fees in the Business Office using a check, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). You may also pay online through SelfServe when you register for classes.

Also, you may use phone payment system  at 1-866-606-8235.

Setting up an Official Payments Agreement

NOBTS works with Official Payments to provide a tuition payment plan for a small enrollment fee and no interest. An Official Payments agreement allows students to divide their tuition into monthly payments rather than having to pay it all at the beginning of the semester. Current NOBTS Students can establish an Official Payments plan at this site. In-coming students can set up an Official Payments profile, but should not establish a payment plan before registering for courses.

Changes to your Official Payments Agreement

No changes are automatically made once you have set up your Official Payments agreement.  If you drop courses, add courses, or receive any additional funds on your NOBTS account, your agreement WILL NOT automatically reflect these changes. Please contact the Financial Aid Office (financialaid@nobts.edu or 504.282.4455 ext. 3348) to request changes to your agreement.  We must receive notification of the desired change at least three business days before your scheduled payment.
