NOBTS, GA, AL, & FL Centers (Aug. 23, 2021)

 

If you add an additional 3-hour class to your schedule between now and drop/add (8/27), you'll receive a 50% discount on both tuition and fees for those additional hours! AND, there will be no late fees for these +3 hours.

How to get the discount:
1. Find a 3-hour class (click here)
2. Fill out this form (click here) to get HALF OFF +3 hours 
(including tuition and fees).

Here is some helpful information you might need: 

• All the students have to do is log into their Self-Serve portal, click My Academics, then Forms, and fill out the form. 
• Of course, church leadership certificate students may have to set up their self-serve account before they are able to do this, so ITC (itcsupport@nobts.edu) is ready and able to help these students. They can be reached at 504- 282-4455 x8180.
• The deadline for the application is October 1. If students apply after this date, they will be charged a late fee of $75.

• Thanksgiving Break (No classes; offices close at noon on Wednesday) - November 24-28, 2021
• Fall Graduation - December 11, 2021

We have changed the process by which you will drop and add courses after the start of the semester! You will drop or add any courses during the two-week drop/add window the same way that you originally registered for courses in the student portal. Please click here to proceed to the student portal. 

Please note: any changes to your existing Fall 2021 course schedule after August 27, 2021 will incur a $25 charge per course change. Any late registrations will incur a $130 flat fee.  *The Drop/Add Deadline is August 27, 2021.

Late Registrations: Any student that has not registered for courses prior to the registration deadline are subject to approval from the program level Associate Dean, and NOBTS and Leavell College reserves the right to remove students from any courses that are not approved by the Associate Dean.

**Please Note: After the Drop/Add period, a student can still withdraw a course, but there is no prorated refund.

**Extension Center Students & NOBTS SCHOLARSHIPS

·         Extension Center Students - Two classes fulfill the full-time student status requirement for NOBTS Financial Aid purposes. Internet courses, NOLA2U/Flex courses, independent studies, special event courses, and workshops DO NOT count toward full-time status. If you plan to apply for NOBTS current student scholarship program for Spring 2022, make sure you register at least two courses (in-person) at your center.

North GA center & AL Birmingham center will be offering "Prepare Here Weekends" on Oct. 22 & 23 (GA) & Nov. 5 & 6 (AL), 2021. NOBTS Prepare here weekends are events for students, pastors, Sunday school teachers, and anyone else who wants to prepare to walk with Christ, proclaim his truth, and fulfill his mission. We offer academic credits to NOBTS students through these conferences, but anyone is welcomed to come for the Saturday events for church leaders, alumni, and church members!  If you have friends, church members, Pastors, and Sunday school teachers, please spread the word and invite them to the events.

NAMB( North American Mission Board) will be hosting "Exploring Church Planting Luncheon" on August 30th, 2021 at Noon at the North GA center (Lakeside Room 1st floor).

If you are interested in exploring church planting, we would like to invite you to the event.
