NOBTS, GA/AL Extension Centers (Aug. 13, 2020)
If you have not registered for Fall classes, we would
like to encourage you to register for the courses. We expect to have
in-class courses in this Fall. Everyone is in the building will wear a mask, practice social
distancing of at least six feet and reduced room capacity per local guidelines.

October Workshop registration (Deadline
08/21/2020)
If you plan to take an October Workshop this
fall, you should register on or before Friday, August 21, 2020 (Fall
registration deadline). After this date, you will not be able to register
for the Workshop courses (October or November), and you are limited to submit
an add/drop request form to the registrar's office to manually register
you to the workshop courses until September 4, 2020. After the Drop/Add period,
you cannot add any courses to your schedule.
*Tuition Payment Methods: Currently
the CNS payment system does not work so, please try to use the Official Payment program, which is located on your student account portal or pay by phone at
1-866-606-8235.
As
you are well aware, our new semester begins on August 24st (Monday), 2020. For
everyone's safety and in compliance with the New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary, all faculty, staff, and students are asked to wear
a face mask while in the building, practice social distancing, and
personal hygiene.
- Temperature
Check: We will take your temperature when you arrive at the NGA center.
- Professor
Sneeze Guards will be installed in 8 classrooms: This adds another layer
of protection and comfort for our staff, students, and instructors.
- Social
Distancing at least six feet
- We will ask
everyone to wear a mask in the building/ a face mask will be provided if you forget to bring one
- Reduced room
capacity per local guidelines
- Clorox wipes
will be used in each room
- Sanitizing Wipes will be provided for your use to wipe your desk and chairs
- Hand
sanitizer stations are available throughout the center
We are pleased to share with you about a Spousal
Tuition Discount program to Extension center students (GA.AL). From the beginning this Fall,
if you and your spouse are a current student with NOBTS in GA. AL areas, you
will receive the Spousal Tuition Discount with the following requirements.
Please read below information:
- One
spouse must be full-time (2 Classes at the extension center)
- The
spouse with equal or fewer hours will receive a 50% tuition discount on
their extension center classes.
- The
couple must apply every semester by the payment deadline to be considered
for the discount.

- Online
classes do not count towards eligibility nor does the student
receive a discount on online tuition. Flex classes and NOLA2U are
online classes.
- Doctoral
students are not eligible to receive the discount, but their
full-time status enables the non-doctoral spouse to be eligible.
- DMin
students must have tuition charges for their spouses to be eligible.
