**Georgia Baptist Foundation Scholarship form (Attached!) to be completed and submitted to financialaid@nobts.edu by Friday, January 14. Please see the attached file. If you are a graduate program student, and an SBC church member, you are able to apply for this scholarship. Because of the uncertainty of the timing of the funds' arrival, you need to go ahead and set up a payment plan for the Spring semester's course based on the amount that your seminary account shows that you owe. Then, when the funds are available, you may work with the Financial Aid office to reduce the balance in your payment plan. Also, you are asked to register Grad. 9 hrs. and LC. 12 credit hrs. to receive this scholarship as well.

As the given direction, you  just click through the form. It's very straightforward and just a single page. You'll be asked to update any contact info if needed, and if not, you just retype your email address and submit the form. Once  you have completed the form, you'll get one of two messages:
1. If you do not have any other holds, you'll be directed to Advising and Registration (advising is suggested, and it takes you to the main advising page on the website).
2. If you have any other holds on your account, it will list the holds and have next steps for you to take to resolve those holds.

**For All Returning students from more than one year break!
If you are a returning student from more than one year break, please read the below information. NOBTS admission office has updated the readmission policy. Since you have been not taken any courses for more than a year, you will be asked to go through the traditional application and complete the supplemental items if you plan to return to seminary. However, if you reach out to the admission office Ms. Tayler (Grad.)tdivney@nobts.edu OR call her at 504-282-4455 #3297,  and Ms. Mackenzie (Undergrad.) at msizemore@nobts.edu OR call her at 504-282-4455 #3366, they will pull up your transcripts and immunizations from your previous file if you submitted before. You will be asked only to update your references.
Here's the process you'll follow:
  1. Go to our main website to submit an application (Try to use application promote code "Spring 2022" to get fee waived/I'm not sure if the code still works or not).
  2. After applying, you'll complete the required supplemental items, but there are items the admission office can pull from your previous file that do not expire
    1. Items that do not expire:
      1. High School Diploma/College Transcripts
      2. Proof of Immunizations- immunizations are now required for all students - whether online or at any location.
    2. Other than the items they can pull from your previous file, you'll only need to complete the (4) references, background check, and an updated church statement form.
