We have changed the process by which you will drop and add courses after the start of the semester! You will drop or add any courses during the two-week drop/add window the same way that you originally registered for courses in the student portal. Please click here to proceed to the student portal. 

Please note: any changes to your existing Spring 2022 course schedule after Jan. 28, 2022 will incur a $25 charge per course change. Any late registrations will incur a $130 flat fee.  *The Drop/Add Deadline is Jan. 28, 2022.

Late RegistrationsAny student that has not registered for courses prior to the registration deadline are subject to approval from the program level Associate Dean, and NOBTS and Leavell College reserves the right to remove students from any courses that are not approved by the Associate Dean.

**Please Note: After the Drop/Add period, a student can still withdraw a course, but there is no prorated refund.



If you plan to graduate this May 2022, please read all the information below carefully.

**The graduation application deadline is on March 1st, 2022.

  • Please ensure ALL information is correct prior to submitting the form. If you need to change any information in your student account, please contact the Registrar's Office.

We have moved the graduation application to your student portal! Please see the steps below in order to access these forms. If you have any trouble with accessing or completing the form, please contact acadcoun@nobts.edu. Please make sure ALL information on the graduation application is correct prior to submission!


How to access forms on your student portal:

Here's an example of how to access forms from your student portal. Please make sure you click on the correct form (Graduation Application): https://www.nobts.edu/registrar/Graduation.html

*Here is the direction of how to complete the graduation application form: Login to your student portal - click "my academics"- click "forms"- click " Graduation Application"





As an NOBTS student, when you enter the building of North GA and the other centers, you NEED to be wearing your NOBTS ID badge/lanyard. If you are NOT wearing your NOBTS ID badge/lanyard, you will need to stop at the front desk, sign in, and get permission. If your ID badge/lanyard disappeared, please stop by NGA office to make the ID badge ($5 fee).

*When you request the ID Badge, please present the following items:
  • We need to verify your US. government-issued ID before we issue an NOBTS ID card.
  • This card will be used as an NOBTS ID card and NGA name badge.

The Cross Pointe Church has graciously allowed us to use  a parking lot for NOBTS students. All NOBTS students and all professors should  use an upper level of the parking lot during this semester. The lower parking lot will be used for visitors and prospective students. Please follow the below direction and use the upper parking lot, which is a designated parking area for NOBTS.
